1. Agreement to Terms

• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, threatening, promotes self-harm, violates intellectual property rights, or contains malicious software.

4. Marketplace, Digital Products, and Transactions

AC Mingle provides features allowing users to buy and sell physical goods, digital products, and services, as well as offer paid subscriptions or locked content.

• Peer-to-Peer Transactions: Air Exposure LLC provides the platform but is not a party to any transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised, nor the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay.

• Disputes: Any disputes regarding purchases, including "Cash on Delivery" or digital goods, must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller. AC Mingle is not responsible for issuing refunds for user-to-user transactions.

5. Virtual Wallet, Points, and Monetization

The Site may feature a digital wallet, credit system, merit system, or reward points.

• No Cash Value: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Monetization Guidelines, virtual points, merits, and wallet balances have no cash value outside of the Site and cannot be redeemed for real-world currency from Air Exposure LLC.

• Withdrawals: If you participate in our Affiliates or Content Monetization programs, withdrawal requests are subject to minimum balance requirements, identity verification, and administrative approval.

• If utilized, you agree that AI-generated content is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, copyright clearance, or reliability of AI-generated outputs. Use of these features may be subject to a separate credit system or additional guidelines.

7. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

We respect intellectual property rights.
